I started off alone in India, but kept bumping into the guy, Patrick, behind me in white shirt and jeans through India and Nepal (unbeknowst to me he was to be a future Australian diplomat)

We didn't take much notice of each other until we met on a bridge in Sydney, Australia and he decided to introduce me to his friends (not in photo)whom I clicked with and who knew people I knew .. so are we ever really alone?
